A local manager was arrested for DUI while on the way to work. The officer in the case said the manager failed three field sobriety tests. However, after reviewing the video and comparing the officer’s administration of the tests to his own training manual, attorney Cabe filed numerous motions to suppress evidence. Ultimately, Mr. Cabe convinced the judge that the officer’s conclusions were wrong because the way he administered the field sobriety tests was not in compliance with his training manual. The DUI was dismissed.
