A Georgia woman and her daughter were injured in a car wreck. Interestingly, officers made no arrest even though the at-fault driver and his car “smelled like alcohol.” The driver’s apparent explanation was that it was “just Listerine.” Although no criminal charges were presented, Mr. Cabe was retained to represent the woman and her daughter for personal injuries they sustained. He demanded all camera footage from numerous law enforcement agencies. In a twist of fate, Mr. Cabe used his expertise DUI defense to actually prove (civilly) that the other driver was drunk. His efforts helped the family recover $150,000 in money damages.
