For the third time in five years, Cabe Law obtained a full dismissal when an out of town construction worker was arrested for DUI. In the case, the arresting officer alleged that the worker displayed numerous signs of impairment. However, the GBI blood test revealed that the worker had no impairing substances in his body. The case was dismissed.
