A Georgia man with multiple DUIs on his record was arrested again after his car was found obstructing the highway. The case appeared to be open and shut. However, after years of investigating and negotiating, attorney Robert Cabe received both the accusation and evidence. The accusation clearly omitted certain language that Georgia law requires in a charging document. Moreover, video evidence revealed that the arresting officers botched an otherwise easy to prove case. The result compromised the entire case, and Mr. Cabe was able to leverage errors on the scene to a plea deal that avoided both jail and a suspended license.
