Aggravated assault with deadly weapon: dismissed

A Crawford county man’s aggravated assault charge has been dismissed. At the time of the arrest, the Defendant got into a verbal altercation with a tow truck driver. While foul language may have been used, the tow truck driver left the scene, and called 911, claiming that the defendant brandished a firearm. However, after a year of investigating, the tow truck driver refused to cooperate with prosecutors. Cabe Law was hired to fight the case given the questionable evidence. When called for trial, the State ultimately dismissed the case due to the dubious evidence.
