Once again, a young lady was wrongfully arrested for DUI. The blood results proved the same. Local deputies initiated a traffic stop, but the lady refused to pull over. Naturally, this angered the officer. Once the lady did stop her vehicle, the officer skipped all questions and investigation, and arrested the lady, conclusively claiming to other officers “she’s drunk.” The lady politely agreed to a blood test, which the G.B.I. confirmed had no alcohol or drugs in her system. The case was dismissed.
