A bicyclist was struck by a car on Forsyth Road in Macon, GA. Even worse, the law enforcement officer found the bicyclist at fault. To top it off, insurance companies attempted to deny coverage because the other vehicle was a rental. After investigating the scene, as well as recovering camera footage, Mr. Cabe was able to prove not only that coverage was valid, but that the deputy was wrong. As a result, Mr. Cabe secured a substantial recovery on behalf of his client, who was originally thought to be at fault for his own injuries.
