An Atlanta man was eligible for early termination of his felony probation. Despite great behavior, and no probation violations, the prosecutor objected to early termination. Attorney Robert Cabe was hired, reviewed the client’s criminal and probation history, and requested a hearing on the manner. After hearing the arguments in Court, the Floyd County Superior Court Judge ruled in Mr. Cabe’s favor, and terminated the man’s probation early under the First Offender Act, thereby restoring the man’s rights, and exonerating him of guilt.
