Two middle Georgia teenagers were driving home when they were rear-ended by a drunk driver. After retaining attorney Robert Cabe on the case, he was able to resolve each teenager’s case, through the argument of “punitive damages” to settle their cases for over $75,000.00. Ultimately, the drunk driver’s DUI led the insurance company paying tens of thousands of dollars in effort to avoid trial.
